We offer a 7 days in-store warranty on items with manufacturers defects. Some products are not covered by warranty. Those products are listed below. The warranty begins on the day that your package is delivered. If you experience a problem with your device after our in-store warranty has expired, please contact manufacturer directly, using the information on the product warranty card. If you need assistance to contact the manufacturer, please email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to help you.
You may return UNOPENED and UNUSED items for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase. You will be responsible for the shipping charges to us. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. For sanitary reasons, and the overall safety of our customers, you may not return e-juice, prefilled pods, drip tips, and used/opened atomizers under any circumstances.
COILS, ATOMIZERS & PODS
Coils, atomizers and replacement pods / cartridges are always a final sale and are not covered by warranty.
All pod systems / kits are always a final sale and are not covered by warranty.
Tanks are only replaceable if the glass is cracked, or if it is DOA. Issues regarding taste, leaking, etc. are out of our control and are not covered by warranty.
MECHANICAL MODS & REBUILDABLES
Mechanical Mods and rebuildables are expert level devices. These devices carry only a warranty from the manufacturer. Due to the nature of these devices, products in the Mech Mods and Rebuildables sections of the website are FINAL SALE, unless otherwise mentioned on the product page. We will assist you with getting the item replaced if the item stops working within 48 hours of purchase. Otherwise, we will assist you in getting in contact with the manufacturer.
E-Juices cannot be returned or exchanged. E-Juices and prefilled pods are ALWAYS final sale.
For sanitary reasons, drip tips cannot be returned or exchanged. Drip tips are ALWAYS final sale.
If you decide to return a product you will be responsible for the shipping cost associated with initial delivery. ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
REFUSAL OF THE DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
If you refuse delivery of your order or Canada Post age verification was not provided, and the package comes back to us, you will be issued a refund LESS a 15% restocking fee and our actual cost for shipping and handling. Once we receive the package, you will be issued a refund.
IF YOU DECIDED TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER
If the order hasn’t been shipped out yet, we can cancel the order and issue you a refund with no penalty. If you cancel the order after it has already been shipped, you will be issued a refund LESS a 15% restocking fee and our actual cost for shipping and handling. You will be required to mail the package back to us at your expense, and a refund will be issued once we receive the package.
RETURN/REFUND, EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE
If you would like to return a product for exchange, replacement, or refund, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide all of the required information including Order Number, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, and REASON for the return. When the return is approved you will get further directions on shipping it back to us.
- Repackage the item including all original parts, packing material, instructions, etc. Within reason, this means that everything must be returned exactly as it was sent to you. Poor repackaging or the return of damaged merchandise could result in refusal of your return and loss of any refund or replacement item. Items MUST not have any damage/have been used. DO NOT send items back in a regular envelope, this is not sufficient packaging and can cause items to be lost in the mail as the envelopes fail. Padded envelopes are a must and can be acquired at any Canada Post location.
- Include a copy of the original invoice in the package, and indicate whether you would like to be refunded for the item, or a replacement sent out.
- Ship the item at your expense and your choice of carrier.

- If you are to receive a refund, it will be issued when the returned item has been received in satisfactory condition. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the items, and will be applied directly to the method that was used to make a purchase.
