Description
The Maze Sub-Ohm BF RDA by Vandy Vape deploys an innovative functionality to the rebuildable segment, presenting an innovative Maze Coil with a radial, horizontally flat design with a wide surface area. Creatively constructed for a more dynamic vaping experience, the new Maze Coil is integrated with 316L Stainless Steel “maze” wires and Japanese Cotton with an atomizer rating of 0.2ohm and a recommended range of 50 to 100W. The design is fully replaceable like a Sub-Ohm coil for convenience, with the added benefit of an enormous surface area similar to a ‘stove-top’ for amazing flavors and vapor production. The Maze RDA can be refilled through two methods: a squonk-ready pin to be utilized with a BF Squonk mod or through a central filling tube for traditional 510 pin set-up. Airflow enters the structure through four sets of 9 tiny airflow holes that are fully adjustable. A brand-new structure introduced into the market, the Maze BF RDA by Vandy Vape is set to be a phenomenal hit in the squonk RDA segment.

Bought this yesterday, regret it fully! Normally I am super happy with Vandy vape, but this is horrible. Disc coils are fully saturated but tastes like I am getting dry hits. I’ve burned through three disc coils already. I’ve started at low wattage and tried to work my way up, but between 55 and 65 watts the same thing keeps happening. one side of the coil disc gets super discolored brown/black, and the hits taste awful! I pulled one apart to see if I was burning the cotton, it doesn’t seemed burned at all. What seems to be happening is a horrible hot spot on the coil. I pulled the air cap off, and fired it quickly. Even though the coil disc is fully saturated the coil glows red where it was discolored. I can only assume that this is where the awful taste is coming from. If you want a great sqounker grab a proper RDA. if you don’t want to rebuild, grab something like the Arco II. This is a great idea that sadly seems to miss the mark.
