Wotofo Serpent Flavor RDTA
Serpent RDTA is the next platform for the new generation of flavor orientated Serpent atomizers, presenting a single coil and flavor orientated platform with an intuitive build deck and assembly. The Serpent RDA features a curving design aesthetic and a sleek streamlined chassis measuring 22mm in diameter. The build deck of the Serpent RDTA features a two post, shelf style terminal design that accepts up to 3mm wide leads. This design is intended to be used with single coil configurations, as the coil is intended to sit directly above the centrally located 4mm diameter internal airhole. Two large 5mm by 4mm wicking ports are positioned intuitively across from each other, allowing horizontal based coils to be wicked organically. The Serpent RDTA features two grommet sealed 4mm fill holes located on the side of the chassis, with one of the two acting as a pressure release valve during the filling of the 2.5ml tank capacity. Fully assembled, the rubber grommet inserts are sealed when the top cap is assembled. Airflow enters the Serpent RDTA through a single 8mm by 2.5mm airslot which flows into and up into the build chamber. A robust atomizer platform that focuses on flavor while having the flexibility to drive up to higher midwattage vaping styles, Wotofo’s Serpent RDTA asserts itself at the top of next generation flavor RDTAs.

Coming from a 22mm Serpent Mini as my go to RTA, decided to pick this up as a back up. Now I’m using it more than the serpent mini :)
Pros:
– Flavor (excellent)
– Build quality (so far)
– Very easy to build on
– Clamp style deck can take some large coils
Cons:
– Mine required some fine tuning, see note.
Note: When I first got this I had some extreme fluctuations with the resistance (going from 0.60 ohms to “no atomizer” to 1.8 ohms). First I thought my screws weren’t tight enough, but they were. Then I thought maybe I’d managed to short my coil somehow, so replaced the coil. That wasn’t it. Then I realized that the 510 unscrews from the bottom; tightened it up and got consistent resistance readings on 4 different mods (with 0.02 ohms of each other). Problem solved, but somewhat annoying it left the factory this way.
Limitations (not necessarily cons but good to know)
– Single coil only (fine by me but still good to be aware)
– small tank (again, works for me on my small mods but still good to know)
Oh, and came very quickly from Ace Vaper as per usual.

This is my current go to RDTA, the flavour is unreal and the build quality is amazing my only cons are I wish it was a 24 or 25mm and that the juice capacity was bigger other then those subjective cons it’s an absolutely amazing RDTA. Thank you AceVaper for getting my package to me vary fast per usual :)
